We guarantee that we will do our utmost to support you to get the most out of Classroom Monitor. So when you sign up to Classroom Monitor, it’s a subscription, and we’ll do the following :
Set up your account and get you registered
We’ll create your Classroom Monitor account with your master username, add you to our half-termly newsletter and send out your starter pack with clear instructions of what to do to get started.
Run an in-school training session
We believe that no matter how straightforward Classroom Monitor is, it is our responsibility to ensure that your staff are fully trained. So we visit every school and help you to get started. Typically a training visit is split into 2 sessions: 45 minutes helping the senior management set out an implementation plan and a 1hr15mins interactive session with all of the staff showing them how to use Classroom Monitor. Your first training session is included in the subscription. If you need a refresher session at any time, you can book a training session here.
Unlimited Support
It is in our interest that you use Classroom Monitor – why would we limit or charge you to contact us? Every teacher has unlimited access to our helpdesk (phone, email, instant messenger). The main desk is open 8AM – 6PM and we are on duty outside of that at key times of the year. Anyone in your school can contact us anytime. We take our responsibilities to you seriously and pride ourselves in the level of service that we provide.
Hosting & backing up in triplicate
Our servers are secure and encrypted so all of your data is safe and we also back everything up 3 times a day. We know how important your assessment data is and we will look after it. We store all your data for you on our servers, our hosting company guarantees uptime so except when we are adding new bits (which we always do in the middle of the night so as not to disrupt you) you will have access to Classroom Monitor 100% of the time.
Updates
We live in a fast moving world, and an even faster moving education system. We always keep Classroom Monitor up to date with the latest framework changes and as a subscriber those updates are free. As we are online you don’t even need to do any updating yourself; we manage it all. We were the first company to include all of the APP criteria linked to evidence, learning resources and online reporting to parents. All of our existing customers get all these updates for free!
