Classroom Monitor has its roots in Nottingham Trent University, way back in 2004

The concept behind Classroom Monitor came from two student friends with families that worked in education, an undergraduate project, and a university that supported them to develop their ideas beyond their original course. Having seen the pressure on teachers and schools to process and manually administer large volumes of paperwork, the challenge was clear. The two students set to work on developing a solution to reduce workload and help teachers and school leaders to use their records to improve teaching and learning.

The idea for Classroom Monitor was born; still run by one of those founders today, the platform is now used in over 2000 schools by 53,000 teachers.

We’ve found worldwide recognition

We understand that each region has different needs and have been able to align to those requirements by curriculum and their local inspectorate. This has led to Classroom Monitor being adopted by over 170 international schools in 41 countries, including 9 new countries this year.
